Delete your Banners & Blades account

Deleting your account is permanent and can't be undone.

In the game

Open Banners & Blades and tap the settings button (the gear on the right).
Under Account, tap Delete.
Type DELETE and confirm.

Your account is deleted right away, and the game starts over with a new, empty base.

Without the game

Email support@lumvre.com with the subject Delete my account. Include your Player ID if you have it (in the game: Settings, under Account). We delete the account within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

Your account, your commander name, and the device link that signs you in.
Your base: buildings, resources, troops, research, trophies and gems.
Your notification token and any notifications waiting to be sent.
Your chat messages, and the list of players you blocked.

What stays

Battles you fought stay in the other player's battle log, shown as Deleted player, with nothing that identifies you.
Purchase records (what was bought, when, and the store's receipt ID), which store and tax rules require us to keep, under a random ID that no longer leads to any account.
The game's database backups are kept for 7 days, so your account disappears from them within a week.
